here is the Tinkerbell tutu i made for my daughter for fun. it can be used as a costume or dress up and its something i have wanted to make for her for a long time. i used 2 colors of tulle, green and blue, and 1 strand of white elastic. i sewed the elastic together to form the waist and tied the tulle around it in a green, blue pattern. the project took about an hour to cut and tie the fabric but over all is an easy project anyone can do! tutorial : http://tearosehome.blogspot.com/
